Congratulations! You now own a superb hand made treasure. A product designed to deliver an unique musical experience. Next to the highest level of product quality we would also like to offer you a matching level in customer satisfaction:
- Troubleshooting support. I will assist you in case of technical difficulties and in making the most of your JEM loudspeakers. See also the troubleshooting page here
- Transferable 3 years warranty
- 2-year resale value policy*. We guarantee to buy back your JEM loudspeaker for at least 50% of your purchasing price, regardless if it is trade-in or not.
- JEM loudspeakers are made with standard size drivers and in case of the 7-series with interchangeable tweeter flange. That means a wide variety of upgrades/retrofitting are possible. Such as future upgrade to new drivers or new filter configurations or -components. In some cases upgrade to a even completely different model is possible (such as A7t to M7s Reference and A4a to M4a).
- Acoustic customization options. Such as bass level adjustment and adjustments to accommodate tube amplifiers. Some of those are free of charge
