Concerning our two week test period / money back / refund / return policy we have certain conditions:
1) The product needs to be returned within two weeks
from date of purchase
2) The product needs to be in exact the same condition as the product was at the time of purchase
3) Force majeure clause does apply. JEM Design is not liable for any failure in fulfilling above obligation if such failure is due to force majeure. So unexpected, unforeseeable events. Such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, epidemics, accident, illness, financial or banking crisis, government measures.
