Concerning our 2-year resale value 50% policy we have certain conditions:
1) The product needs to be offered within two years from date of purchase
2) The product needs to be good salable condition
3) Force majeure clause does apply. JEM Design is not liable for any failure in fulfilling above obligation if such failure is due to force majeure. So unexpected, unforeseeable events. Such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, epidemics, , accident, illness, financial or banking crisis, government measures.
